I'm here!!! I messed up the days since we were traveling this past weekend... and I also didn't weigh myself this week. Will do it next week.
ReplyDeleteI have been pretty good about walking at work. Some of the girls and I go out at 10 am and walk around the building. We are also doing a "steps" challenge within the finance group at work. We all have pedometers and compete with each other to see who can get the most steps. The goal is to get 10K steps per day. So far, even with walking, I have only managed to get about 9K. Maybe I need to take a second walk during the day :)
Hey, so I found a really good snack that cures a sweet tooth. Frozen Whips Yogurt taste really good...and its good for you!

ReplyDeleteI have been journaling what I eat. I count Carbs, saturated fats, and calories. I have a limit to how many of each I can eat a day. I did this before and it really works for me as long as I continue to journal. It keeps me honest.
ReplyDeleteI'm trying to watch what I eat and trying to exercise at least 3 times this week. I'm going to try taking baby steps this time instead of going full force into something I can't live with. We'll see if it works in the long run.
